Privacy policy in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 on the processing of personal data and the previous Legislative Decree 196/03By submitting the form when registering, you consent to the use of your data.
Privacy agreement and purposes

For the purposes related to the provision of the Service, Zadig srl Società Benefit based in Milan, Via Ampère 59, performs the processing of data provided by you, or otherwise acquired during the execution of the Service. Failure to accept the Privacy Policy does not allow you to proceed with registration, as the data requested are indispensable for the provision of the Service itself.

Modalities of data processing
The stored personal data are used with the sole purpose of ensuring access to the Service.

The data processing is carried out on electronic media, with appropriate procedures to protect the confidentiality of the User and consists of their collection, recording, organization, storage, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation, destruction of the same including the combination of two or more of the above activities.

Period of data retention
The data are kept on file until the User requests their deletion (see paragraph User Rights), subject to the existence of legal regulations that do not allow this procedure (by way of example, data on successfully passed training courses must be kept for 5 years according to the CME standard). Alternatively, data are retained until the end of the Service and for any additional period of law.

Other purposes of collected data
If Zadig intends to use the collected data for other purposes than those stated in the “Privacy Adherence and Purposes” section, individual users will be asked whether or not they wish to adhere to such uses. Without this direct manifestation of the User, the data will not be used for any other purpose.

User Rights.
The User has the following rights:

  • request from the Data Controller access to and rectification or deletion of personal data (insofar as it is not contrary to current legislation with respect to the Service provided) or a restriction of processing
  • have information about the logic and purposes of the processing
  • propose a complaint to the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor)
  • request data portability.

The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001, which the European authorities for the protection of personal data, meeting in the group established by Article 29 of Directive No. 95/46/EC, adopted on May 17, 2001 to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the connection.

Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with particular data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes the Ip addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the Uri (Uniform resource identifier) notation addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is working properly.

Data provided voluntarily by the user
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, which is necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the e-mail. The e-mail addresses of users subscribed to the newsletter are used exclusively for sending the site update, through a hidden-copy sending system that prevents the mutual display of addresses.

Exercise of Rights by Users

The user has the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
